No Fear When The Heat Comes

And here is the wonderful encouragement for us to put our trust fully in God. There is a blessing in relying 100% on God: We will have freedom from fear.
When we give God complete control of our lives and business (and all the associated worry and stress) we become like trees who send their roots down deep by the stream.
The knowledge of God’s love and goodness, his mercy and generosity, his providence and power becomes this stream in our lives.
We are feed through this truth and it brings life and health to every aspect of our lives. It makes us invincible to hard times.
It is not that we do not recognise hard times and it does not mean that we do not feel the affects of them but rather that we have the provision to live through it and still be fruitful.
In business there will always be hard times, there will always be unexpected delays and difficulties. There will be some days you will question why you even started in the first place.
But with our roots so deep into the spiritual noourishment that only comes through fully trusting God we will continue to produce the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
“…the fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-control.”
Galatians 5 v 22-23
These fruits are all we need to survive any situation and knowing that we have access to these through our trust in God can enable us to live without fear.
No matter what difficulty we face we can live without fear knowing that God is with us, he is for us, he loves us and he will never leave us.
Neither heat nor drought, uncertainity or rejection, need or discouragement can shake the fruit of the spirit from our lives and hearts. We will live in peace and joy and hope.
